Westin Prince Hotel

Toronto, Canada

Magnificently located in uptown Toronto, this notable 1960’s Modernist hotel overlooks the natural setting of a wooded ravine and parkland, offering its guests a visual respite from the homogenous landscape of suburbia.  As part of the Westin Hotel Group’s recent program to market a luxury room experience, our role initially began with the re-design and remodeling of each room and suite to accommodate their new “Heavenly Bed” standard.  This new room standard is intended to differentiate the Westin hotel experience from others in its price range.  The renovation scope of the rooms included a complete re-design and re-selection of furniture, finishes and art.  The resultant interior design swathes each room in rich fabrics of gold and blue, in combination with deep shades of wood finishes on the custom designed furniture.  The success of the hotel room remodeling resulted in our further involvement in the remodeling of the main lobby and it’s signature restaurant to achieve aesthetic based on modest elegance.
